In High School, Michelle competed in both Cross County and Track and coached Youth Soccer. As her kids started school, she realized how much she missed team sports and looked to fill that void.
“When joining CrossFit Brighton in 2018, I started with one day a week and soon after, upped my membership to unlimited. This sport has provided me with a competitive outlet and challenges me both physically and mentally each time I walk in the door. That, coupled with the supportive team atmosphere, motivated me to pursue coaching and a nutrition certification in 2021.”
