We have built a culture and community of people that are goal-oriented and motivated “The strength of the wolf is in the pack”. All of our members were just as nervous to get started. They know what it is like to attend their first class or have some struggles. Together, we go through a warm-up, skill session, and complete the Workout of the Day. We’ve seen members help each other in the gym, share healthy recipes, and meet outside of the gym.

Nutrition is the foundation of a solid fitness plan. We will build a plan specifically for you. You can forget about the fads and all the stuff you see on social media. This plan will be easy to implement and will not eliminate your favorite meals.

“I was always into sports and working out. I have been lifting weights since I was 13 years old because it was required to play football. However, after 25+ years of conventional lifting, I got bored going to the local gym and doing the same old thing.
Believe me, I thought I was in decent shape until the day I came in for my intro evaluation with Chris. That was an eye-opener. I had no cardio ability at all! I certainly struggled at first until I could build up my endurance.
I really enjoy the atmosphere at CFB. The coaches are great and are always so positive and offer guidance. I’ve had many conversations with John about proper form, techniques and what works best for me. He has been a big asset for me these past few months. CrossFit Helped Change Me!
“Two babies did a number on me, but finding CrossFit helped change me! This photo shows me recently when I decided I should start throwing 50 lbs. over my shoulder, because I can and I enjoy it! CrossFit and the right diet continue to make me a better person. I get excited to go to the gym to see what I can do and what PR’s I can get or even seeing how my body has improved!
