The workout today consisted of a longer than usual warm up and more skill work. We worked on kettlebell techniques. The WOD consisted of double kettlebell cleans. It was short and intense. The groups did a great job using 16 kg/20 kg kettlebells. After the WOD we finished up with some strength building.

Jennifer joined us again from Petranek Fitness. Mary popped in from HyperfitUSA. Mary demonstrated some handstands against the wall which we will have to put into a future workout. Jed tried to point out some cheating on the Abmat done by Joe but I couldn’t see it. We will keep an eye on it.

The Memorial Day workout will be held at Hyperfit in Ann Arbor at 9:30 a.m. We will be doing ‘Murph’.
