We strive to get our members in the best shape of their lives, to live longer and healthier lives. We post times and scores on the whiteboard to measure progress. We work out in group settings. Our members help each other setting up equipment and breaking it down. We celebrate accomplishments whether it is someone getting their first unassisted pull up, achieving a PR on a lift or just having a good day in the gym. Rudy along with his kids have been with us for a few months. For the first time in over 10 years Rudy is under 200 lbs. Congratulations on the increase in strength and flexibility and loss of weight.
