The nutrition program written by registered dietitian, Nicole Aucoin, the founder of Healthy Steps Nutrition, has been implemented at 650+ fitness facilities around the world and helped over 25,000 clients. You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. Crossfit makes you accountable. The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before, but we’ve known for years that we could do better.
