One-on-One or Small Group Foundation Sessions

These training sessions are scheduled with one of our coaches outside of our group classes.  This will allow you to learn foundational movements to ensure success in the group classes.  

You will work hard, but at a rate that is conducive to your fitness level and our coaches will assess any special accommodations or modifications you may need moving into our group classes.

You will learn proper form and technique with the movements in a smaller setting with more hands-on teaching from our coaches.

Personalized One-on-One Training

Personal training at CrossFit Brighton is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs and fitness pursuits. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, or are just not ready for group classes and want to achieve a higher level of functional fitness, we are here for you.

One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are at currently and where you want to get to and create a plan that is right for you. We can also offer nutritional support through the assistance of a registered dietician to help you achieve optimal health. We offer packages of one, ten, or 20 sessions in 30-minute and one-hour increments depending on your goals, time, and budget. Let us help you achieve a level of fitness and health you never thought possible!

Advanced CrossFit

CrossFit and LT (less technical) Classes. 

Our group classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD). Our group classes are great because you don’t have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym that day. We handle that for you! 

Each day is different, focusing on helping you meet your goals. Movements are infinitely scalable, which means that we can modify any movement to your skill and fitness level. Can’t do a push-up? Don’t worry! We can help you find an appropriate modification or movement to replace it. Not ready for pull-ups? That’s okay! We have options for you. We are here to help you succeed!
