Can I try it out for free?

Yes. But, you will not join a group class for your first session. You will need to schedule a Free Introductory Session. You can schedule an Intro by clicking on the red button on our website, fill out the form and schedule a day and time. If none of the times work for you, you can email or call us to find a time that fits your schedule.

What is the Intro?

The Intro is the first step. This session will start with a conversation about you and your goals. We will explain what we do. Bring workout clothes as the Intro will include a baseline workout so you can sample the training. Together we will come up with a plan to set you on the path to achieving your goals.

Can I pay as I go?
Typically, no. Every member is on recurring membership. This allows for more consistency with attendance and therefore better results. Also, you can choose from different membership options.
Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, You are able to put your membership on hold for up to eight weeks if something unexpected comes up or if you are out of town. Please let us know two weeks in advance of your hold period and we will arrange to suspend your payments. We’ll need a start and finish date as the membership will automatically restart when your hold period is complete. We can only put a membership on hold for a maximum of eight weeks. Anything more is considered a cancellation. Of course, we would love for you to come back and will be happy to discuss renewing your membership at any time.

No long-term contracts – Our memberships are auto-renewing but we do not have long -term contracts. If you are not satisfied with what we offer, you can cancel at any time. All we ask is a 2-week notification of any changes to your membership.
Flexibility – You are not locked into specific classes. Your membership will allow you to join any group WOD or LT Class listed on our schedule. This allows you to have flexibility with your schedule in the event that something comes up.
Amenities – We have locker rooms, showers, and classes 7 days per week.
