RULES

4 weeks starting April 30 ending Memorial Day-May 28th

Partners of 2. Both can be CFB members or you can pick a non-CFB member.

$20 entry fee per person – includes a t-shirt

 

Daily Points

Both partners must complete each of the following daily tasks to earn 10 pts for that day.

Hydration: Drink 80 ounces of water. Coffee, alcohol, sugary drinks do not count. Non-sugar carbonated water does count.

Sleep: 6+ hours of sleep at night.

Social media: 1 Post per day.  You must tag @xfitbrighton or @crossfitbrighton.

WODs: Each partner will earn 10 pts per WOD Class attended. A non-CFB member’s workout must consist of a 1 hour workout outside of CFB.  The non-CFB partner can also join the partner in a weekend partner WOD on Saturday or Sunday. CFB members can train outside CFB for these points, but workouts must be 1 hour long.  You can earn a maximum of 50 points per person per week.

 

Weekly Points

Burpee bonus points: These will be awarded to one team per week.  Partners must do 10 burpees together and post a video tagging CFB.  Judges will select one winner per week. Most creative entry wins 50 points!!!

There is a weekly challenge where partners can earn extra points.  These will be announced at the beginning of each week. All teams can earn these points.

 

Week 1 Challenge: 100 points

Find a non-CFB partner – If you find a non-CFB partner, you earn 100 points.

 

Challenge sheets must be turned into Chris/John via email/text/printed copy by Monday at 9pm, if not, your team will receive a 0 for the week

**Everyone is on the honor system. Don’t be an asshat.

1st place- 4 week nutrition counseling for each teammate

2nd place- $100 gift certificate to Lululemon for each teammate

3rd place- $50 gift certificate to Lululemon for each teammate

**In the event of a tie, there will be a tie breaker made up by CFB.
