Doug held the workout named ‘Murph’ at HYPERFITUSA in Ann Arbor on Memorial Day. The name is in honor or a soldier named Murphy who sacraficed his life in battle. This was his favorite workout. 1 mile run-100 pull ups-200 push ups-300 squats-1 mile run. Being involved with 60 ‘friends’ working out, cheering each other on including two firefighters wearing their equipment was very impressive. Great job by the DChap.
