Our goal at CrossFit Brighton is to improve people’s overall health.  This goes beyond simply becoming more fit.  This goes beyond an improvement in strength, conditioning, flexibility, stamina and cardio.  Achieving a higher level of health has a broader range than the improvements we see in the gym.  We also can’t have a conversation about overall health without bringing nutrition to the table.  This is a constant conversation at CrossFit Brighton.

Congratulations to Dave Cooper on reducing his A1C levels and decreasing the amount of insulin he was required to take.  He made these improvements along with losing 8 lbs. of body fat, 1.5 inches around his waist and gained over 6 lbs. of lean muscle mass.

He is another success story at Brighton Nutrition and CrossFit Brighton.
