“Two babies did a number on me, but finding CrossFit helped change me! This photo shows me recently when I decided I should start throwing 50 lbs. over my shoulder, because I can and I enjoy it! CrossFit and the right diet continue to make me a better person. I get excited to go to the gym to see what I can do and what PR’s I can get or even seeing how my body has improved! Consistency and never giving up are what matters. You’ll have good days and cheat days and days you can’t and need a rest. But that drive to succeed never leaves me. I’m a work in progress and I’m proud of how far I’ve come.”
