Our Legends class is geared towards people that are 60 years and older. This class will focus on functional, everyday movements in order to improve their quality of life. We will also focus on balance, strength and mobility with regards to everyday life activities.
We utilize CrossFit programming principles but scale appropriately and spend a lot of time on warm-up and mobility.
A typical one-hour class will involve a warm up, skill session or review, a conditioning WOD (workout of the day) and then strength or mobility.

We also like to be in contact with health-care providers to ensure the activities are safe and appropriate for the individual. Doctors are typically excited to learn that their patients are involved in a healthy, beneficial exercise program.
