Sign Up for the CFB Fall Challenge
We’re looking for some highly motivated people ready to commit and make a change!
Our Fall Challenge is a great way to get started with CrossFit, try out the gym and find a great community to make a difference in your health. This is an effective program that works for anyone – no matter your fitness level!
This is a 6-week program starting September 18 and includes:
- 3 workouts per week with quality coaches that want to see you succeed
- A great community of other members including a private Facebook group to keep the encouragement going
- A nutrition coaching program to help you meet your individual goals
We have two class options:
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 7:30 AM or
- Monday/Wednesday/Friday @ 5:30 PM
A positive attitude is a must – leave your ego at the door and be ready to jump into this challenge!
Cost is $250 with a 10% discount for joining with a friend and get 20% off for joining with two friends!
